This style of Hatha Yoga emphasizes the integration of breath and movement to facilitate the natural unfolding of a sequence of poses. By applying a more internal, energetic approach to the practice, students will learn how to move through a series of poses with more intelligence, structural awareness, and ease.

All Levels
All levels Welcome (First-timers encouraged towards 1-2 classes). Inversions & backbends will be taught; Attention to breath; challenging pace; Variations will be offered for beginners and for advancing students.

Level 1-2, Beginner
First time Vinyasa students and All Levels welcome. Introduction to Vinyasa (conscious movement integrated with with deep breathing);Introduction to inversions; Hands on adjustments.

Level 2-3, Intermediate
For advancing practitioners. Comfort in headstand, shoulderstand, and upward bow is required. More advanced backbends, inversions, and arm balances will be taught.

Level 3-4, Advanced
For intermediate and advanced students who have been practicing regularly and are comfortable with inversions, backbends and more challenging postures. Students will move through a series of poses with more intelligence, structural awareness, and ease.

Community Yoga
Community Yoga is an all-levels Vinyasa class, offered at a reduced fee. Thorough, invigorating and relaxing, this class is appropriate for beginning students as well as more advanced practioners.

Inner Flow Vinyasa
The intention of this 75 minute class is to provide a quiet space for a less instructed practice that is geared toward a internal experience. There will be less formal instruction provided by the teacher and more hands-on adjustments. Each class will include a series of sun salutations followed by standing poses, mild backbends, twists, and inversions. A great way to start the day!

Viniyoga
Viniyoga classes work to explore the profound connection between movement and breath. The practice fosters core strength and suppleness, while emphasizing breath in order to cultivate a graceful, powerful flow. Classes offer an accessible sequence of asanas that retain touch with the breath—a slow steady drum that fires the belly, soothes the mind and guides us to a joyous vibrant stillness.

Sunrise Dance Devotions
There will be music and you will dance. No rules. Just Support. No steps to learn. Just discovering your own steps. Abandon the notion of exercise and discover movement as spontaneous nourishment and pleasure. Abandon repetition of disciplined 'forms' and discover freedom of self discovery and expression through your body. Abandon control in general and find the physical expression of faith as trusting your body and breath. A great way to start the day!
