Testimonials
"Anne Saliou's neck and back care classes are AWESOME! She has taught me how to
take myself out of pain. Anne's class has helped me more than physical therapy,
accupuncture, chiropractic, and pain pills. Classes are small and taught with an
assistant so you get a lot of individual attention. Anne takes great care to
ensure that you are doing the pose correctly and not in pain. I highly recommend
this class to anyone experiencing back problems."

"The Yoga Back Care Series is highly recommended and should be
prescribed to every back pain sufferer. The instructor knows more about
backs than any person I've ever met. I've been battling back pain for
15 years and have had physiotherapy, pills, chiropractic, and the DRX
9000. I had sciatica in my right leg for 5 years which led to numbness,
and some temporary paralysis of my calf. These classes are a perfect
first step to getting your back on track. I'm doing them simultaneously
with my chiro. With this combination my sciatica has totally gone and
I'm now working on getting my lower back muscles to fire once again
after 15 years of being in lockdown. Everyone with back pain has been
shown a series of stretches, but spending 2 hours on dozens of intense
stretches and posture corrections each class at the Loft sends me home
feeling more agile and confident in my step. Assistants circulate the
room and ensure everyone is following the poses safely and mindfully.
The classes are full, book early and get ready for a serious lesson in
back maintenance."

"I found a great yoga class at the Yoga loft in San Francisco. It's not like any other yoga class I've seen. Using the Iyengar method Anne, the teacher, works with each student to adapt each pose to his or her level and injury. She's also very careful to make sure that every move you make maintains proper alignment and will not cause additional injury. I can honestly say that just a few sessions with her did me more good than months of physical therapy. I hate to sound like a commercial, but I want to pass it on since I would have liked to have found this sooner than I did."

"I take the Yoga for Neck and Back Care Series with Anne Saliou. She is a genius. She developed this program from the inspiration of BKS Iyengar, having studied with him extensively. If you have any kind of neck and/or back problems, Anne can help you."
